Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Customer Care Center agents and monitor productivity to meet KPIs

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
- Experience in customer service principles and practices
