A company is looking for a Hosting Support specialist to assist customers with hosting environment issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with issues related to hosting environments
• Provide support for WordPress, including themes and plugins
• Maintain and troubleshoot server environments using Linux and NGINX

Required Qualifications

• Mastery of WordPress, themes, and plugins
• Intimate knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu) and Bash
• Strong understanding of NGINX
• Ability to work in a flexible, remote environment
