Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies, ensuring professional and courteous support
- Guide callers through the criteria-based prior authorization process
- Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of reviews
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a high-volume call center environment
- Pharmacy Technician license in good standing (1+ years preferred)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Prior pharmacy experience is highly preferred
