Key Responsibilities

- Assist with scheduling appointments and classes, and offer technical support for patient health applications
- Serve as an entry point and informational resource for patients within the health system
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
- Preferred: 1 year of technical support experience
