Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Duals Experience to enhance member satisfaction and retention strategies for Duals members.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and guide strategies to improve the overall member experience for Duals members
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all member experience activities for Dual members and providers
- Partner with Quality to support HEDIS initiatives and focus on improving key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, or similar fields
- Preferred background in consumer experience
- BA/BS - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- MS in a Health Care related field preferred
