Director of Duals Experience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Duals Experience to enhance member satisfaction and retention strategies for Duals members.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and guide strategies to improve the overall member experience for Duals members
• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all member experience activities for Dual members and providers
• Partner with Quality to support HEDIS initiatives and focus on improving key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience
• 7+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, or similar fields
• Preferred background in consumer experience
• BA/BS - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• MS in a Health Care related field preferred
