Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assigner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to field technicians and customer care centers with new customer installs and service delivery troubleshooting
  • Access, update, and maintain customer facility records and assist with order modifications or cancellations
  • Communicate technical issues to management and ensure proper record keeping of service records
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Technically minded with a strong ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Experience with various vendor platforms and equipment types is preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
