Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to field technicians and customer care centers with new customer installs and service delivery troubleshooting
- Access, update, and maintain customer facility records and assist with order modifications or cancellations
- Communicate technical issues to management and ensure proper record keeping of service records
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Technically minded with a strong ability to learn new processes quickly
- Experience with various vendor platforms and equipment types is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
