Key Responsibilities
- Handle back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
