Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for medical coders, providing guidance and escalating issues as necessary
• Conduct coding reviews and offer recommendations based on current guidelines
• Provide written feedback on coding compliance documentation and perform clinical record audits as assigned

Required Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Ability to work in accordance with security policies to safeguard information
• Capability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods
