Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer II to support customers in adopting and scaling their applications using the product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to existing customers and assist with their architectural and product setup
- Develop strong relationships with customers, sales, and product teams while troubleshooting complex issues
- Engage with the community and contribute to projects by submitting issues, pull requests, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Working knowledge of Go, Java, Node.js, or a related modern programming language
- Ability to troubleshoot by digging into code
