A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist to provide customer service and support within the Claims department.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor phone queue and assist with incoming claims calls
- Gather and document information for new claims and address inquiries on existing claims
- Ensure accurate data entry and facilitate timely resolution of member concerns
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in insurance
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate multiple claims management systems
- Interest or knowledge of classic or collector vehicles is a plus
