A company is looking for an IME Customer Service Admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administrative duties related to the customer service process, including drafting incoming referrals and completing the intake process
- Filter client emails and ensure timely communication of necessary information to appropriate team members
- Request and manage medical records, invoicing referrals, and assist with auditing and outreach tasks
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
- Must maintain an uninterrupted internet connection for remote work
