Job Summary

A company is looking for an IME Customer Service Admin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administrative duties related to the customer service process, including drafting incoming referrals and completing the intake process
  • Filter client emails and ensure timely communication of necessary information to appropriate team members
  • Request and manage medical records, invoicing referrals, and assist with auditing and outreach tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
  • Must maintain an uninterrupted internet connection for remote work
