Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on repair orders from external partners
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations and pricing standards
• Analyze clients' business needs to create solutions and provide recommendations for service proposals and vehicle repairs

Required Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current
• Must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Nashville, TN or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
