A company is looking for a Total Loss Claims Adjuster responsible for investigating complex automobile accident claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and handles complex cases accordingly
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Conducts investigations on all aspects of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in auto claims handling (preferred)
• Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims
• Understanding of vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Experience in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate service
