Required Qualifications
- Medical billing or US healthcare experience, or the ability to quickly learn foundational concepts of US healthcare and medical billing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on empathy and collaboration
- Strong project management skills, including task planning and resource alignment
- Proficiency in Excel and other business tools
