Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex client issues as the final escalation point and drive actionable insights across Product and Revenue Cycle Management
  • Develop and maintain professional client relationships while balancing individual case management and team support
  • Lead initiatives to improve department processes and tools, ensuring effective project management and resource alignment


Required Qualifications
  • Medical billing or US healthcare experience, or the ability to quickly learn foundational concepts of US healthcare and medical billing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on empathy and collaboration
  • Strong project management skills, including task planning and resource alignment
  • Proficiency in Excel and other business tools
