Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience with issue resolution
- Experience navigating computer systems and software
- Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during specified business hours
