Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with issue resolution
  • Experience navigating computer systems and software
  • Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during specified business hours
