Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Insurance - Stakeholder Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review case documentation and render independent determinations in accordance with IDRE guidelines
  • Accurately complete case-related documentation, reporting, and government portal data entry
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including requests for information, withdrawals, and inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration, insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in health insurance claims, coverage, or related field
  • Trained on both EIS and HIS review for a minimum of 6 months
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documentation
  • Experience engaging with diverse audiences in a professional manner
