A company is looking for a Health Insurance - Stakeholder Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Review case documentation and render independent determinations in accordance with IDRE guidelines
- Accurately complete case-related documentation, reporting, and government portal data entry
- Manage stakeholder communications, including requests for information, withdrawals, and inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in health insurance claims, coverage, or related field
- Trained on both EIS and HIS review for a minimum of 6 months
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documentation
- Experience engaging with diverse audiences in a professional manner
