Key Responsibilities
- Propose and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel
- Participate in the product life cycle from idea to implementation and launch
- Create technical documentation, specifications, and manage end-to-end product development requirements
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst
- Experience with designing API, architecture, data models, and business processes
- Familiarity with UML/BPMN and REST/gRPC models
- Basic SQL skills and knowledge of prioritization frameworks
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
