Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient adjudication of claims through investigation, evaluation, and negotiation
• Determine settlement values and negotiate claims within authority
• Maintain high availability for insureds and assist team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the Resident State/Designated State and NY
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Knowledgeable in insurance products and relevant expertise
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
• Must maintain impeccable attendance and demonstrate reliability
