Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (Work From Home).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls regarding claims and assist clients with claims processing
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support and manage client data accurately
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to operational procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
- Reliable Windows 11 computer with a working camera
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Proficient data entry skills
