Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to general to moderately complex telephone calls and troubleshoot customer issues
- Record calls in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and resolve customer inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls and assist customers with online applications and other inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
- Must submit a speed test showing download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speeds of at least 6mbps
- Experience with help desk software and customer relationship management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
