A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments via inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Handle calls for multiple clinics, ensuring accurate routing and communication with patients
  • Maintain compliance with patient records and assist in new patient registration processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • 1+ years' experience in healthcare preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
