Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments via inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Handle calls for multiple clinics, ensuring accurate routing and communication with patients
- Maintain compliance with patient records and assist in new patient registration processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- 1+ years' experience in healthcare preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
