Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Agent- Italian Speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure satisfactory resolution of customer support tickets by following up with other support staff
- Achieve or exceed team KPI goals and assist team leads with administrative tasks
- Coordinate urgent escalations and ensure timely communication of service requirements
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian (expert or native proficiency) and advanced English proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role with direct consumer interaction
- Experience in both telephone and online support via ticketing/email systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and willing to learn new software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a proactive team player
