Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to serve as a liaison between borrowers and loan officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound dials daily to connect borrowers with loan officers
- Maintain organized records of lead dispositions and transfer outcomes
- Follow up with non-responsive borrowers and facilitate connections when they are ready to refinance or purchase
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
- Bilingual Spanish is mandatory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- General credit knowledge is a plus
