Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to serve as a liaison between borrowers and loan officers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 100+ outbound dials daily to connect borrowers with loan officers
  • Maintain organized records of lead dispositions and transfer outcomes
  • Follow up with non-responsive borrowers and facilitate connections when they are ready to refinance or purchase
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
  • Bilingual Spanish is mandatory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • General credit knowledge is a plus
