Sleep Study Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sleep Study Coordinator to manage and execute tasks related to sleep study claims for Veterans and Service Members.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and investigate claims files for sleep apnea disability claims
• Verify participation in past sleep studies and determine the necessity of new studies
• Initiate outbound calls to gather information and address inquiries from Veterans and Service Members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office programs, Adobe, or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in medical, dental, or healthcare insurance
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
