Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse (Bilingual) to work in a remote 24/7 Occupational Health triage call center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming telephone calls and document each call efficiently
• Provide accurate assessments of symptoms using triage algorithms while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Monitor and track call center goals and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and strong technological skills
• Private space at home for patient privacy and access to high-speed internet
