Job Summary
A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator to support diverse accounts focused on referral prescription review.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers by ensuring accurate prescription documentation in the customer's EMR
- Perform prescription validation and navigate customer EMR and TPA platforms
- Assist in monitoring pharmacy fulfillment performance and auditing processes for new representatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of 340B experience at a Covered Entity or TPA preferred
- 2-3 years of medical practice or pharmacy experience with customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Apps, email, and internet use
