Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Navigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized case management for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, including benefit investigations and prior authorization support
  • Educate patients and healthcare providers on access and reimbursement processes, payer policies, and available programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) required, preferably in healthcare administration or social science
  • Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare access delivery or management preferred
  • Five to ten years of experience in insurance reimbursement, patient access, or direct patient care may substitute for a degree
  • Relevant certifications and five or more years of experience in the field may be considered
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding systems, and insurance processes
