A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish clear client retention goals and build post-sale relationships with clients
- Assist customers with onboarding, product navigation, and training in both English and Spanish
- Identify upsell opportunities and proactively re-engage inactive clients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of inbound sales or customer success experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
- SaaS solutions experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or similar fields is preferred
- Familiarity with contact management and sales automation tools
