Fitness Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fitness Contract Services Representative to join their Fitness Network Management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve fitness inquiries from the Fitness Contract Services queue
• Assist fitness centers and instructors while maintaining contract retention
• Review fitness agreements and navigate ASH systems to resolve administrative issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 2 years of progressive customer service experience required
• Managed care or health care experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
