Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships, addressing billing inquiries and service requests while identifying upselling opportunities
  • Assist customers with enrollment in the Pharmacy Services Administrative Organization (PSAO) solution
  • Apply technical knowledge to resolve problems and contribute to projects of moderate scope and complexity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Managed Care preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and understanding of PSAO onboarding processes
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Willingness to seek feedback for personal development and process improvement
