A company is looking for a Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, addressing billing inquiries and service requests while identifying upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with enrollment in the Pharmacy Services Administrative Organization (PSAO) solution
- Apply technical knowledge to resolve problems and contribute to projects of moderate scope and complexity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Managed Care preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and understanding of PSAO onboarding processes
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
- Willingness to seek feedback for personal development and process improvement
