Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Center Analyst responsible for delivering first-line support to users while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests within SLAs, escalating major incidents as necessary
- Provide troubleshooting for network, devices, and Microsoft Office applications, and support mobile applications
- Assist with multifactor authentication, password resets, and account unlocks while maintaining strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications and Education
- Two-year technology degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience in providing outstanding customer service
- Experience in technology support or working in a technical capacity
- A+ and Network+ certifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
