Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Agent- Service Agent to assist customers with inquiries and issues related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints in accordance with service level agreements
- Analyze and resolve problems for member accounts while providing assistance to team members
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
- Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field
- No formal education requirement
