A company is looking for a Bilingual Coordinator, Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general customer inquiries across multiple markets
- Deliver exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications
- Support the development and execution of sales and service campaigns through Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, sports management, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in developing sales and service relationships
- Experience with Salesforce, Ticketmaster/Archtics, or Paciolan is an asset
- Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
