Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Coordinator, Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage general customer inquiries across multiple markets
  • Deliver exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications
  • Support the development and execution of sales and service campaigns through Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in French and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, sports management, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in developing sales and service relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce, Ticketmaster/Archtics, or Paciolan is an asset
  • Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
