Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to support healthcare data exchange operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process medical record requests by communicating with patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
  • Document information across multiple platforms using dual computer monitors
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Comfortable handling sensitive medical information
  • Willingness to comply with health screening and vaccination requirements
