Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Service Parts Specialist to provide technical support and coordinate repairs for customers in need of durable medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls to troubleshoot equipment and provide repair diagnostics
- Partner with manufacturers to order warranty or replacement parts and manage work orders for field service technicians
- Document all activities accurately and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of five years of experience in the Mobility Equipment or Durable Medical Equipment industry
- Experience with order management and CRM/service systems
- Proven ability to diagnose equipment issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, phone-based support role
