A company is looking for a Provider Experience Associate to manage the operational and engagement lifecycle for their global provider network.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding processes for new providers and facilitate engagement activities
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to recommend strategies for improvement
- Maintain communication channels and handle provider-related inquiries and concerns
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in community management, event coordination, or a related role
- Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken
- Comfortable using data software; prior experience with Freshdesk is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Open to candidates in India and the Philippines
