Provider Experience Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Experience Associate to manage the operational and engagement lifecycle for their global provider network.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding processes for new providers and facilitate engagement activities
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to recommend strategies for improvement
• Maintain communication channels and handle provider-related inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in community management, event coordination, or a related role
• Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken
• Comfortable using data software; prior experience with Freshdesk is a bonus
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Open to candidates in India and the Philippines
