Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist II to assist financially distressed customers and manage loan-related negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with financially distressed customers to evaluate their situations and negotiate loan solutions
- Process and follow up on workout remedy plans, including reinstatement of repossessed collateral or extensions
- Meet monthly productivity and quality goals while complying with federal and state laws regulating collections
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of three years of Financial Services experience, preferably in auto finance or installment loans
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime and weekends
