Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
• Assist customers with navigating the website, locating orders, and billing
• Troubleshoot issues related to print-on-demand services and digital publishing

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer support experience (preferably SaaS)
• Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g. FreshDesk)
