Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact via multiple channels, delivering responsive and professional support
- Investigate, resolve, and document customer inquiries and issues, escalating complex matters as needed
- Process order placements and cancellations, facilitating refunds and exchanges according to established policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Technical proficiency with Zendesk, Sticky.io, Slack, and Google Workspace, or ability to learn quickly
- Self-motivated with strong accountability and dependability
