Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Team Member Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact via multiple channels, delivering responsive and professional support
  • Investigate, resolve, and document customer inquiries and issues, escalating complex matters as needed
  • Process order placements and cancellations, facilitating refunds and exchanges according to established policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Technical proficiency with Zendesk, Sticky.io, Slack, and Google Workspace, or ability to learn quickly
  • Self-motivated with strong accountability and dependability
