Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative - remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and review loan information
- Verify account information and assist customers with inquiries and monthly payments
- Make outbound calls to customers who are up to 29 days delinquent
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; experience with CRM programs is desired
- Some college or a college degree preferred
- Availability to work between 8am and 8pm, including late nights and rotating Saturdays
- Previous finance experience is a plus
