Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Customer Success Operations for multiple brands and act as a business analyst for the Global VP of Customer Success
  • Coordinate with Revenue Operations teams to optimize processes and ensure smooth transitions from sales to customer success
  • Conduct analysis of business and customer data, tracking retention and growth against business targets
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, with experience in visualization tools like Power BI
  • Understanding of Customer Success operations and business metrics
  • Experience with customer lifecycle analytics and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) related KPIs
  • Comfortable building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
