A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Customer Success Operations for multiple brands and act as a business analyst for the Global VP of Customer Success
- Coordinate with Revenue Operations teams to optimize processes and ensure smooth transitions from sales to customer success
- Conduct analysis of business and customer data, tracking retention and growth against business targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, with experience in visualization tools like Power BI
- Understanding of Customer Success operations and business metrics
- Experience with customer lifecycle analytics and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) related KPIs
- Comfortable building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
