Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide first-level support to its national customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support for software products through various channels
  • Identify and resolve customer issues using troubleshooting methods
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred or up to a year of equivalent relevant experience
  • Fitness studio experience with the company is a plus
  • Prior customer service experience in a SaaS environment preferred
  • Must be personable and enjoy working in a customer-facing role
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours when required
