Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Learning, Development & Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable training content and launch a Customer Academy with tiered learning paths
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote ongoing learning and product mastery
  • Design and execute the Customer Education and Enablement Strategy, managing the LMS platform and reporting on effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, or training in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong experience managing an LMS platform, including content strategy and user management
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective customer training programs
  • Hands-on experience creating digital learning content, including video scripts and e-learning modules
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple education initiatives
