Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority on the platform and serve as the customer's primary advisor
- Drive customer adoption and expansion through onboarding, implementation, and technical enablement
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to influence the product roadmap based on customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a solutions architect or in similar customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, with the ability to work in remote and international teams
- Experience with Cloud Native technologies, including Containers and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm, and API scripting
- Knowledge of security and monitoring tools like Prometheus or Falco is a plus
