RCM Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, RCM Operations (Inbound Scheduling).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Consolidated Scheduling Team handling inbound patient calls
• Review performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are met
• Collaborate with management on process improvements and staffing decisions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in hiring, supervising, training, and coaching
• 2 years of administrative and/or customer/patient service experience
• Preferred: Associate degree in healthcare management or related field
• Preferred: Supervisory experience in a multi-site environment
