Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Customer Operations Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial and non-financial activities for Deferred Annuity products
  • Communicate with external customers and agents to obtain necessary information for transactions
  • Understand and apply federal and municipal tax regulations related to client transactions
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Basic understanding of IRAs, group retirement plans, and/or annuities or equivalent experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Working knowledge of at least one applicable administration system or equivalent experience
  • Ability to follow procedures related to transaction processing
  • Effective computer and software skills
