A company is looking for a Retirement Customer Operations Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Process financial and non-financial activities for Deferred Annuity products
- Communicate with external customers and agents to obtain necessary information for transactions
- Understand and apply federal and municipal tax regulations related to client transactions
Required Qualifications and Education
- Basic understanding of IRAs, group retirement plans, and/or annuities or equivalent experience
- High school diploma required
- Working knowledge of at least one applicable administration system or equivalent experience
- Ability to follow procedures related to transaction processing
- Effective computer and software skills
