A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Specialist II (vAuto/HomeNet).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and handle escalated customer requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or online and document resolutions
  • Build relationships with customers and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently or as part of a team
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with CRM case logging or Salesforce
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
