Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and handle escalated customer requests
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or online and document resolutions
- Build relationships with customers and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently or as part of a team
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CRM case logging or Salesforce
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
