Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, selling fitness products and services
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction
• Educate customers about products and promote VIP Family perks

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in specific states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Washington
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center
• Established work from home environment with a windows-based PC or laptop and high-speed internet
• Previous remote work experience
• Ability to engage customers and make effective product recommendations
