Job Summary

A company is looking for an Arbitration Specialist responsible for the complete arbitration filing process on claims with subrogation potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate the proprietary database to process and resolve arbitrated claims, preparing them for proceedings and monitoring outcomes
• Handle auto subrogation files of moderate to high complexity while staying current on relevant laws and maximizing recovery efforts
• Document all activities related to claims, including communications and updates, while maintaining timely follow-up on subrogation issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling subrogation claims, particularly in auto, commercial, and property-related areas
• Knowledge of relevant laws, case laws, and statutes governing insurance claims
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong work ethic with a focus on achieving production and resolution goals
