Job Summary
A company is looking for a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Tier 2 emergency roadside cases and make decisions on service provider engagement
- Assist with follow-ups and provide analysis to improve breakdowns and warranty issues
- Mentor Tier 1 call center team and provide training and status updates
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Vocational or Technical Certification preferred - ASE certifications
- Five (5) years or more in a transportation maintenance environment required
- Two (2) years or more in technical diagnostic and customer resolution exposure required
- Four (4) years or more in Ryder operations preferred
